This may take the form of a new system implementation (such as a channel manager or a Property Management System) where we can assist in liaising with the supplier and ensure it’s the right fit for your business. Shona has experience in carrying out several hotel system projects from scoping to final install and training.
Health checks and audits
This could be a one-off review; having been closed it’s a good opportunity to have a review of current systems, inventory, positioning online etc and have a thorough check over it all. Similarly having put in place any changes or processes we can carry out systematic audits to ensure everything is still running as it should.
Whether it’s a new system in place, or new team members needing training, we can cover this. Other training available includes basic and advanced revenue management concepts for the development of team members at all levels.
